I am an amateur photographer who is heavily involved with product styling on the side. I earn my spending money from gigs related to my two hobbies, but the bulk of my monthly budget comes from my day job as a file clerk in a local law office. On the weekends, I try to fit in as many gigs as I can so I can start saving up some money, as my finances were depleted by my recent move from the big city to Chattanooga.

The product styling and photography that I do cover a lot of ground, be it clothing, toys, food, and other subjects. This time, however, I was tasked to do a shoot for an online catalog, which covered the custom paint jobs and body kits that a car shop contracted me to do. I wasn’t used to taking pictures of the automobiles and other large vehicles from Athens, Calhoun, Dalton, Rome, Scottsboro, East Ridge, Soddy Daisy, and Cleveland, and found out a couple of days before the shoot was scheduled that I needed loads more stuff. I had already spent some of the down payment the shop owner gave me for the project, but I still needed some lights and reflectors.
